1. Overview
Client is rolling out an updated brand and needs it applied consistently across the existing product UI. This engagement updates the app’s visual language, component library, and core screens to reflect the new brand.
Primary goals
- Apply the new brand system across product surfaces
- Update Figma library components for future designers
- Provide dev-ready guidance so implementation is predictable and efficient
2. Engagement Model

Work is delivered in 2-week sprints

Scope is defined by outcomes and deliverables as documented in the sprint plan

If scope changes, we’ll adjust via scope upgrade, added sprint, or change order.

Client designates a single point of contact for prioritization + approvals

Each sprint includes:
- A short sprint plan (what’s in, what’s out)
- One review milestone + async check-ins
- End-of-sprint handoff package (Figma + annotations + notes) and walkthrough
