• Best when you need a fast, high-leverage push to reduce uncertainty and make a decision.
• Typical shape: discovery + alignment + direction setting.
• Outputs often include: problem framing, constraints, prioritized backlog, concept(s) or prototype, and a written plan for the next phase.
